1、 Pharmacopoeia standard of jintiesuo
This product is the dried root of Psammosilene tunicoides W. C. Wu et c. y. Wu, a Dianthus plant. Excavate in autumn, remove the skin and impurities, and dry in the sun.
[properties] this product is long conical, some slightly twisted, 8-25cm long, 0.6-2cm in diameter. The surface is yellowish white, with many longitudinal wrinkles and brown transverse holes. . It has slight air, pungent and numb taste, and has a tingling sensation in the throat.
. Reticulated conduits are common, occasionally threaded conduits or conduits with marginal pits, with a diameter of 16-25 µ M.
(2) Take 1g of this product powder, add 30ml of 70% methanol, sonicate for 1 hour, filter, evaporate the filtrate, add 1ml of 50% methanol to dissolve the residue, and use it as the test solution. Another 1g of jintiesuo reference medicinal material was prepared into the reference medicinal material solution by the same method. According to the test of thin-layer chromatography (general rule 0502), pipette 2-3 µ l of each of the above two solutions onto the same silica gel G thin-layer plate, use n-butanol acetic acid water (3:1:1) as the developing agent, develop, take out, dry, spray ninhydrin test solution, and heat at 105 ℃ until the spots are clear. In the chromatogram of the test sample, spots of the same color appear on the corresponding position of the chromatogram of the control medicinal material.
