This product is fermented and processed from mature seeds of Glycine max (L.) merr., a legume.
[preparation method] take 70-100g of mulberry leaves and Artemisia annua, add water to decoct, filter, mix the decoction into 1000g of clean soybeans, evaporate thoroughly after being sucked, take it out, air it slightly, put it in a container, cover it with the fried mulberry leaves and Artemisia annua residue, and when it is fermented until the yellow coat is covered, take it out, remove the drug residue, wash it, put it in a container for another 15-20 days, until it is fully fermented and the aroma overflows, take it out, steam it slightly, and dry it.
[properties] the product is oval, slightly flat, 0.6 ~ 1cm long and 0.5 ~ 0.7cm in diameter. The surface is black and wrinkled. It is soft and brown black in cross section. It smells fragrant and tastes slightly sweet.
[identification] (1) take 1g of this product, grind it, add 10ml of water, heat it to boiling, keep it slightly boiling for several minutes, filter it, take 0.5ml of the filtrate, dot it on the filter paper, wait for it to dry, spray it with 1% indolequinone acetic acid (10:1) mixed solution, dry it, heat it at 100 ～ 110 ℃ for about 10 minutes, and it turns purple red.
(2) Take 15g of this product, grind it, add some water, decoct it for about 1 hour, filter it, evaporate the filtrate, add 1ml of ethanol to dissolve the residue, and use it as the test solution. In addition, 15g of light Douchi control medicinal material and 0.2g of Artemisia annua control medicinal material were separately prepared into the control medicinal material solution by the same method. According to the test of thin-layer chromatography (general rule 0502), suck 10-20 μ l of the test solution, 10-20 μ l of the control medicinal material solution of light Douchi, and 2-5 μ l of the control medicinal material solution of Artemisia annua, respectively, onto the same silica gel G thin-layer plate, develop with toluene ethyl formic acid formic acid (5:4:1), take it out, dry it, and view it under the ultraviolet light (365nm). In the chromatogram of the test sample, fluorescent spots of the same color appear at the positions corresponding to the chromatogram of the control medicinal material.
[inspection] take 1g of this product, grind it, add 10ml of water, soak it in a 50-60 ℃ water bath for 1 hour, and filter it. Take 1ml of filtrate, add 4 drops of 1% copper sulfate solution and 40% potassium hydroxide solution respectively, shake, and there should be no purple red.
