After the product application is successful, suppliers can apply for or increase the production license of this extract or vitamin and mineral premix.

However, the "detailed rules" also stipulates that those who are only engaged in the extraction of raw materials or the mixed processing of raw materials of health food produced by the enterprise shall apply for the production license of health food products, and do not need to apply for the production license of raw material extracts or compound nutrients separately. It shows that if enterprises produce their own health food, they can extract animals and plants or process vitamin and mineral premix by themselves.
